What should I expect during my first session?

During our first session, you can expect an initial assessment, where I will ask questions about your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy.

How long does a therapy session last?

Each session will last 50 minutes.

How often will we meet?

Frequency varies based on individual needs, but sessions usually occur weekly or biweekly. 

What types of therapy do you offer?

I offer Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). 

How do I prepare for my session?

Don't worry, just show up as yourself and we will go from there :) 

I encourage my clients to consider writing down any struggles or areas in their life they would like to work on.
